CAIRO (AP) ? Egypt's central bank says foreign currency reserves dropped nearly 10 percent in January compared to the previous month, dipping to $13.6 billion.
The new figures show the reserves fell $1.4 billion from $15.01 billion in December.
Egypt's foreign reserves have dropped by more than half since the uprising that ousted longtime ruler Hosni Mubarak two years ago.
